Talking to Thiago
When you chat with Thiago on our site, we keep the conversation so Thiago can respond and so we can follow up if you ask us to. If you share contact details or book a demo, we use them to reach you about your request.
Workshops
When you register for one of our workshops, we collect the name, email address, business name, and phone number you provide. We use this to confirm your registration, send you a reminder and follow-up, and share materials related to the session. You can unsubscribe from workshop emails at any time using the link in any reminder or follow-up email.
During and after a workshop, our interactive workshop page saves what you enter: poll and quiz answers, notes, questions you submit, prompts you save, your action plan, and anything you post to the community Wins Wall. Questions you send to Thiago and Wins Wall posts are visible to the presenter and to other attendees — please keep them business-related and don't include private information about yourself or your customers.
We issue you a study key (for example, BRAVE-SUNNY-4821) so your notes and progress follow you across devices. A study key is not a password and is not secure — anyone who has it can read the notes saved under it. Please don't store sensitive personal, customer, or financial information in your workshop notes.
If you use the "Ask aiThiago" study assistant, your question is sent to our AI provider to generate an answer. Don't include private customer or employee information in your questions.
We don't sell your information. To request a copy of your information or have it deleted, email thiago@aithiago.com.
