Terms of Use
Last updated: September 3, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of aithiago.com and the AI business strategist, workshops, study tools, and other services available through the site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Using the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use automated means to overload or disrupt them, or use them to violate another person's rights.
You are responsible for the information, prompts, notes, questions, and other content you submit. Do not submit information you do not have the right to use or information that is confidential, sensitive, or subject to special legal protections unless the Service expressly supports that use.
AI-generated information
The Services may provide information generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review and verify important information before relying on it. The Services do not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other licensed professional advice.
Workshops and study tools
Workshop materials and interactive study tools are provided for educational and informational purposes. Questions or posts you submit to shared workshop features may be visible to presenters or other attendees, as explained on the workshop page and in our Privacy Policy.
A workshop study key is not a password. You are responsible for keeping it private and for avoiding sensitive information in notes associated with it.
Intellectual property
The Services and the materials provided through them, including their design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by aiThiago or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use workshop and study materials for your own internal business or educational purposes. You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services or materials except with prior written permission or as allowed by law.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give aiThiago permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services and to respond to your requests.
Third-party services and links
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. aiThiago is not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. We do not promise that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may also update these Terms. The date above shows when they were last revised, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, aiThiago disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, aiThiago will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending access
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict or end access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the Services, or if access must be restricted to comply with law.
