Delete your aiThiago account

Signed-in members can permanently delete their aiThiago account from the web or mobile app. Authentication is required so another person cannot delete your data.

Web deletion steps

1. Open the secure deletion flow and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Review which account-owned data is removed and the limited records that may be retained where legally necessary.
3. Confirm that subscriptions must be cancelled separately, then type DELETE.
4. Submit the request. Reminders and registered devices are revoked immediately; durable cleanup continues safely if a provider is temporarily unavailable.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting an account does not cancel billing through Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or another subscription provider. Cancel through the provider where you subscribed to prevent future renewals.

What is deleted

Account-owned goals, check-ins, private AI content, gameplans, app configurations, saved member records, and notification devices are purged. Minimal pseudonymized billing, entitlement, accepted-terms, fraud-prevention, dispute, and deletion receipts may be retained where legally required.
