It looks only at pages that any visitor can open, then reports whether an agent can reliably discover facts, understand customer-facing information, and reach a usable next step. The three scores describe different parts of that journey.
FIND checks whether public pages are technically discoverable. It looks at HTTPS, robots rules, sitemaps, redirects, canonical links, and whether meaningful HTML is available without relying on fragile client behavior. An agent needs a stable path to the right page before it can use any information there.
ANSWER checks whether the site clearly states what the business offers and includes facts such as phone, address, hours, structured data, and common customer questions. An agent needs direct, consistent facts so it can answer accurately instead of guessing or sending a customer elsewhere.
ACT checks whether a customer can move from information to a real action, such as booking, ordering, contacting, or another documented conversion path. It notes whether that path is native, delegated to a known provider, or backed by an accessible API. An agent needs a dependable action path to complete work.
Grades summarize overall readiness. An A indicates a website that agents can reliably discover, understand, and act through. B and C identify increasingly important gaps, while D means substantial repair is needed. F indicates that the public experience is not presently agent-ready. A site that blocks automated access is reported separately and receives no synthetic score.
